Your Buddy is the relationship. The Crew is the workforce. Eight named agents, each tuned to one class of Errand, each on call to your Buddy when a Mission needs a hand.
Each Crew member ships with a fixed name and a fixed temperament. They are tools, dignified ones, with disposition. You don’t need to micromanage which one to invoke — your Buddy decides.
