For ADHD

For the Quests you’ve started seven times.

A Buddy that checks in. Not a tool that nags. No streaks to break. No shame on the dashboard.

Designed against the things that broke before.

If you have ADHD you have probably tried, and bounced off, fifteen apps. We know which ones, because we tried them too. So:

No streaks. A streak is a punishment that calls itself a reward. You will skip a day. We will not make that into a story about who you are.

No level-ups, no XP, no badges. You are not a video-game character. The gamification industry has been monetizing your dopamine; we are not joining them.

No emoji in product copy. Emoji in productivity software reads as “hello fellow kids.” You are an adult. We will write to you like one.

Forgetting is fine. You can drop a Quest. You can pause a Season. Your Buddy will not editorialize. It will hold the receipt and ask you, kindly, when you bring it up again.

What it does instead.

A Buddy that witnesses the thing you said you’d do. A Crew that does the worst part of the executive-function tax for you — the first draft, the research, the calendar negotiation. A Log that lets you see what actually happened, not what you remember.

What it isn’t.

It is not a clinical tool. It is not a substitute for medication, therapy, or coaching. It is not a behavioral intervention. It is software that respects the way ADHD brains actually work and stays out of the way of the things that already work for you.
